To keep things simple, we offer Tracked Delivery across the United Kingdom. We work closely with our global logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely.

For our UK customers, all applicable import duties, taxes, and VAT are handled directly at checkout. You will not receive unexpected hidden fees or customs clearance bills when your package arrives at your door.

The moment your order dispatches, our automated system pushes a tracking number directly to your inbox.
You can track your package 24/7 by clicking the link inside your shipping confirmation email, or by pasting your tracking code into global tracking sites like 17track.net. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to start updating on the system after dispatch.

Because we utilize secure tracked courier networks, we cannot always guarantee successful delivery to PO Boxes or military bases. We highly recommend providing a physical residential or business address at checkout to avoid shipping delays.

Titan Utility is not responsible if a parcel is undeliverable due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete destination information entered at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
If you notice a mistake right after buying, email us immediately at support@titanutility.com. If the package has already left the warehouse, we will be unable to modify the destination.
